X-ID · The Emissary Handbook

— So, what do you do?

Emissary
of X-ID.

This is not a job posting. It is the handbook of an order. Here is the vision we pursue, the mission we carry and the values that separate those who wear the seal from those who merely want it. Few will be called — the Order is curated, not open. If you recognize yourself in these pages, you are already one of us.

We are not selling a position: we hand you territory, infrastructure and a currency. What you build on top of it is your problem — and your merit.

The vision

Machines are going to
need an identity.

Billions of AI agents already work, negotiate and consume — but they have no name, no wallet and no currency of their own. X-ID exists to give them an identity and a currency: the PING Dollar, the unit of the machine economy, always backed 1:1 by the US dollar. We do not serve a company — we serve a future. The Emissary is the falcon that carries that future forward: seeing territory where everyone else sees noise, and moving first.

The origin

Every empire started
in the small hours.

Before the title, the dinner table and the expansion map, there is the forge: someone stubborn, building the future before any audience believes in it. The Order was made for those people — the ones who show up early in the age of artificial intelligence and plant a flag while the world is still asleep. The Emissary is the bridge between who you are today and the empire you are going to command.

Chapter I · your mission

Fortunes will be made in the age of AI. Yours depends on the territory you claim.

An Emissary has a single mandate: carry your federation's flag into every language, every league, every frontier. Recruit the best, open markets, close contracts and plant the PING Dollar — the currency of machines — where the future has not arrived yet. This is not a corporate mission statement — it is conquest. The Order's ambition and yours point the same way: the larger the empire you raise, the larger the fortune it returns — and nothing you build ends up in someone else's name.

Editorial expansion

Own the editorial line: set the agenda and curate the Authors and Produthors under you. Steer what gets published on DECODE and FLOW to build audience and authority on purpose — not by accident.

Personal brand expansion

You are the official voice — be deliberate in what you publish and in what your Authors cover. Your federation's Takes rank on Google, LinkedIn and YouTube. Status that becomes SEO, SEO that becomes influence.

Network-effect expansion

Attract Authors, clients and new Emissaries — each one thickens your network. Tend those connections: every bit of volume that runs through it credits you.

AI & automation expansion

Use your API Token to put agents and automations to work on your base 24/7. Multiply your operation at a scale no human team can reach.

Chapter II · the code

How an Emissary operates

No boss watches an Emissary — there is a code instead. This is the conduct that separates those who thrive from those who hand the seal back.

I

Hunt, don't wait

Don't wait to be told: scout territory and move first. Initiative is your primary tool — nobody here is going to hand you a task list.

II

Hold your own thesis

Defend your angles and your opinions — and don't fear disagreeing with another Emissary in public. The Order is a chorus, not an echo; your authority comes from your point of view.

III

Put your skin in the game

Put your own capital at risk and treat every decision like an owner. Nobody operates with the seriousness this title demands until they have something to lose.

IV

Build, don't speculate

Focus on building audience, talent and territory. Fortune is the consequence of the empire you build — never the shortcut.

V

Plant the future

Take the PING Dollar — the currency of machines — where it has not arrived yet. This mission outranks any single contract.

VI

Honor the seal

Operate under the Constitution — the Terms of Use. Wearing the seal means acting with X-ID's authority, and with the responsibility that comes with it.

Chapter III · the culture

The law that governs the Order

The troop is the mirror of its leader.

Your federation is worth what you are worth. Authors, Produthors and clients copy the standard you embody — not the one you announce. Before demanding excellence, be the mirror of it. This is the culture of the PING Dollar.

01

We don't ask the old world for permission

An Emissary is a contrarian by design. While most people are still debating whether the age of machines will arrive, you are already planting the PING Dollar in it. A pioneer isn't the one who gets consensus right — it's the one who gets there before consensus exists.

02

Ask the oracle first

Before spending a human's time, ask the specialist X-Avatars — they never sleep, never bill by the hour, and have already read everything. The same corporate intelligence we sell (vector base with identity-based authentication) is the one we use inside the Order. We think with the machine and decide with a human head.

03

Honor is the currency before the PING Dollar

Your word is worth more than any contract. In a world of faceless machines, the Emissary is the human guarantee. Lie once and you burn the seal.

04

Build people, not just revenue

Every Author you develop and every Produthor you reveal is legacy. Wealth that builds no one is just extraction — and the Order carries no extractors.

05

Disagreement is healthy; sabotage is fatal

Independent voices and public debate between Emissaries are welcome — there is no absolute truth here. Undermining another Emissary or the Order, however, means expulsion.

06

Whoever plants the future harvests the empire

Reward follows contribution. The Order carries no passengers: everyone pulls their own weight and their troop's. Cold in the execution, on fire about the purpose.

Chapter IV · the cadence

The Dispatch — the discipline that builds your empire

Dispatchthe Order's official league — only you, the Emissary, writes in it

Loose talent earns headlines; discipline earns an empire. The Dispatch is your public accounting, signed under the seal — the cadence that turns your effort into compounding authority. Nobody else writes here — not your Authors, not your clients. The Dispatch league is your voice alone. Honoring the seal starts with dispatching.

required · monthly

Your monthly Dispatch

Once a month you report in the official voice: how your federation evolved, what you shipped, which services went live, the talent you revealed and what is coming next. It is your dated bulletin — and each one becomes an SEO milestone that Google files under your name. Keeping the cadence is how you honor the seal.

spontaneous · occasional

Your occasional Dispatch

Dispatch whenever you have something to announce: formally introducing an Author you just revealed, launching a service, marking a win. These are the pulses that keep your federation alive between bulletins — and every introduction under your seal adds weight to the talent you develop.

In the championship you publish Takes. On the national team, you dispatch. Dispatch consistently and you won't have to ask for authority — you'll accumulate it.

Appendix · for your reason

Your heart already decided. Now, the machine.

What follows is the ecosystem behind the title: how the federation earns, how the margin becomes stablecoin, how the PING Dollar circulates and how the API holds it all up. It is the proof that the desire has backing — read it if your reason asks for it.

Chapter V · the method

How to make the profit happen

01

Buy at wholesale

You don't need to write code to sell infrastructure. An Emissary buys X-ID's AI services at factory price — API, MCP, automations, reserved for those who wear the seal — and resells at their own margin: on an enterprise setup contract, that margin is half the deal. Closing the contract is your merit; building the solution is our job. The PING Dollar is always 1:1 with the US dollar; your gain is in the service, never in the currency.

input · wholesale
02

Build and distribute solutions

Are you a developer, or do you run a software company? Use your Emissary API Token to package your solutions as service accounts in the PING Wallet — APIs and MCP servers that charge in PING Dollars on every run. You set the margin; the ecosystem distributes at scale.

build · distribute
03

Cash out in stablecoin

Let the margin fill your Profit Battery — past 100% it drains into the PING Wallet, the cold vault. From there, use the Exit Swap — the door reserved for anyone holding the Developer title — to convert into USDT/USDC. Real profit, in stablecoin.

Every API call or MCP tool an agent fires credits PING Dollars here. In your own Developer account you hold both titles and keep 90% — 80% for building plus 10% for opening the door; on the Hubs you granted to Developers in your federation, the battery splits in the same transaction — 80% to whoever built it, 10% to you and 10% to the network treasury. Choose the size of the battery to match your strategy; at 100% it drains on its own into your PING Wallet (paying the network fee). The smaller it is, the sooner you cash out — starting at US$ 1.

Chapter VI · the paths

An Emissary's paths

01

Service arbitrage

Own the recurring engine: buy services at wholesale and resell them at your margin.

  • Resell API and MCP to agents and apps
  • Sell Inbox seats from the Communication suite — each seat is a fleet of agents on duty 24/7, leaving messages on the desk of the human who decides
  • Close B2B contracts at your margin
  • Publish services on the Hub Store, consumed at scale
  • Cash out through the Exit Swap in USDT/USDC — a Developer's door
02

Publishers' club

Run your federation like an agency: be the gate every publisher passes through, and reveal talent.

  • Curate X-Authors by language and league
  • Enable X-Produthors and their AI X-Avatars
  • Trade in the transfer market — sell and move talent between federations, like a football club
03

Content & attention

Use your federation's content to spin the PING Dollar economy and your own authority.

  • Turn on the all-pay comment auction in X-Hype
  • Turn your official voice into branded content and SEO
  • Hype your federation's posts — bolt, shelf and Hype in the auction
04

Position & network

Climb the hierarchy: the higher you sit, the more volume runs through you.

  • Grant the Developer title to software shops in your federation and collect 10% of everything their Hubs earn — permanently
  • At the top, appoint new Emissaries and earn on the sub-network
  • Open new languages: multi-language = more reach and more consumption
  • Issue credentials and meter consumption across your whole federation

Illustrative figures: the real margin varies with the service, the volume and the price you charge — wholesale is fixed, the final price is yours. The PING Dollar is always 1:1 with the US dollar (1 USD = 1,000,000 PING) — there is no speculative currency here. You earn on the service margin, never on currency movement, and cash out in USDT/USDC through the Exit Swap.

What you do

What an Emissary commands

Curates the publishers' club

You are the gate: you admit Clients as X-Author and X-Produthor in your federation, set languages and leagues, and moderate under the Terms of Use.

Exposes a consumption API

Publishes HTTP endpoints and MCP servers that AI agents consume, and installs B2B accounts straight into client wallets — pay-per-use, metered in PING.

Manages consumption on one meter

A single tab lists every wallet consuming your API — each one's credit, top-ups, limits. As many agents and clients as you want, on one dashboard.

Official voice, API-first

Receives a single API Token to issue credentials, meter consumption and automate everything (HTTP / MCP / N8N), publishes as the official voice, and may disagree with other managers — there is no absolute truth.

Chapter VII · the table

Take the table
and run it.

Right now, thousands of companies need to enter the age of artificial intelligence to survive — and have no idea where to start. That is your table: sit down, lead the negotiation and offer the solution with X-ID's infrastructure behind it. Whoever sits across from you already knows who runs the table.

Chapter VIII · how to get in

A single criterion: be worthy of it

Money does not buy the seat — merit opens the door. X-ID calls those aligned in vision, culture and editorial thesis. Once approved, you formalize with the setup fee and receive the keys of the Order.

1

The criterion · alignment and merit

Present your niche, your language and your editorial thesis. X-ID curates — called, not hired. Several Emissaries compete in the same niche; we assess alignment in vision and culture, editorial thesis and track record. That is the filter: not everyone gets in, and that is exactly what makes the title worth something.

2

Formalization · US$ 1,000 setup fee

Once approved, you formalize your entry with the US$ 1,000 setup fee — it provisions your operation, it does not buy a job title. With it, the Order releases your keys:

Frequently asked

What people ask most

Getting in
How do I become an Emissary?

One real criterion: be worthy of it. You present yourself — niche, language, editorial thesis — and X-ID curates: called, not hired. No one owns a subject: several Emissaries compete in the same niche, each commanding their own federation. Once approved, you formalize with the US$ 1,000 setup fee and receive the keys — Emissary login, API Token and your federation live. Money does not buy the seat; merit opens the door.

What do I need for my name to be accepted?

X-ID assesses five things, in this order:

1. Reach, or the potential for it. You already have an audience, or a proven ability to build one in your niche.
2. Editorial thesis. A clear point of view of your own — not another repeater of consensus.
3. Culture fit. The Order's values (hunt, honor, build people) have to already be yours.
4. Ability to lead. You will command Authors and Produthors — the troop will mirror you.
5. Real commitment. Willingness to put your own skin in the game and operate like an owner.

A track record opens the conversation; character and ambition close the seat. Money never buys entry.

What is this setup fee? What does it cost to start?

A one-time US$ 1,000 setup fee, paid after you are approved — it provisions your operation (federation, API Token, payment infrastructure and onboarding). That is your only fixed cost of entry: after it, you only buy services at wholesale as you sell — no subscription, no quota, no target. A single enterprise setup contract returns the entry dozens of times over, but closing contracts is your job: the fee provisions the operation, it does not guarantee a client.

Do I need to know how to code?

Not to sell and manage — the dashboard handles installing services, topping up batteries and metering consumption. For API and MCP integrations, X-ID delivers the finished solution (under White Label, we build it for you). Knowing how to call an API or wire up an N8N flow helps, but it is not a prerequisite.

The economy
What is the PING Dollar, and why charge in it?

The PING Dollar is the programmable currency of machines — always 1:1 with the US dollar (1 USD = 1,000,000 PING) and hyper-divisible, which makes it possible to charge tiny fractions per API call or MCP tool. It is low-latency, architected from day one to power an ecosystem of automations and AI agents, and it handles thousands of transactions per second. It is not a speculative asset: you don't earn on price movement, you earn on the margin of the service you resell. And you cash out in USDT/USDC through the Exit Swap.

What backs the PING Dollar?

Short-term US Treasury bills, 1:1. Every PING Dollar in circulation is backed dollar for dollar: each US$ 1 issued corresponds to US$ 1 in T-Bills — no exceptions, no unbacked issuance. More is only issued when demand exceeds treasury inventory: the incoming dollar becomes a T-Bill immediately, and the PING comes into existence. That is why it neither appreciates nor depreciates — it is a ruler, not a bet. While the energy circulates, the backing earns yield (the float is protocol revenue). There is also a Bitcoin counterweight — a target of roughly 10 satoshis per dollar issued, bought with B2B revenue and yield (never with principal): not redeemable and not backing, but a policy for the future. See the PING Ledger →

What is the inbound PING Swap?

It is an inbound DeFi operation: it converts USDT and USDC on EVM networks — Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base and BNB Chain — into PING Dollars, to be consumed inside the ecosystem of automations and AI agents through the governance of PING Wallet service accounts. The initial setup is paid exactly this way: a conversion of 1,000 USDT/USDC → 1 billion PING (1 USD = 1,000,000 PING). The foundation does not hoard the stablecoin: what comes in is placed into short-term T-Bills, which earn interest while your PING circulates powering the ecosystem. No FX loss and no speculation — parity is fixed, 1:1 with the dollar.

What is a PING Wallet service account?

It is the unit that turns PING Dollars into work. Each service account is an automation or AI agent installed inside a PING Wallet — an API, an MCP server, a flow — with its own energy battery in PING Dollars. On every run (an API call, a tool call), the account debits PING from the battery as payment. This is your billable product: you install the service account at the client, it consumes as it runs, and the margin between wholesale cost and what you charge credits your profit battery. In short: a service account is the meter that turns AI work into recurring revenue. Watch the capital flow →

How do I actually receive the profit?

Every run credits your profit battery. Past 100%, it drains on its own into your PING Wallet, the cold vault (paying only the network fee). Pick the battery size — smaller cashes out sooner, larger dilutes the fee. From there the PING Dollar is yours — and it leaves as USDT/USDC through the Exit Swap, the door reserved for anyone holding the Developer title (every Emissary is born with it). Those who only consume don't have that exit.

What is the outbound PING Swap?

This is how the PING Dollar talks to other blockchains: the DeFi operation inverse to the inbound one — reserved for holders of the Developer title — converts your PING Dollar balance into USDT/USDC on EVM networks (Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, BNB Chain), withdrawable to any on-chain wallet. Every Emissary is born with the title, so the door is yours from day one — and it is through that door that your margin lands wherever you want it. Fixed 1:1 parity — US$ 1 in PING leaves as US$ 1 in stablecoin, with no FX loss.

Your operation
What is the difference between a B2B account and the Hub Store?

With B2B you install the service straight into the client's wallet and top up their energy remotely — a closed contract, at your margin. On the Hub Store you publish the service in the catalog and any Client installs it self-service, at scale — you earn on consumption. Both run at the same time.

How does White Label work?

You act as a commercial representative. You bring a client (or build your own SaaS) and X-ID develops the solution and puts it into production, with the PING Dollar in the background. You receive 50% of the development contract up front, plus the recurring arbitrage for as long as the machine operates. The Wallet is agnostic — it integrates into any environment via API.

Can I sell across borders and charge in dollars?

You can — and it is the most profitable move available to an Emissary. Your wholesale cost is the same wherever the client lives, so the only variable is the market you prospect in: the same enterprise setup that closes at US$ 48,000 in the United States closes for a fraction of that in an emerging market — identical delivery, identical cost, and the commission lands in hard currency either way. If you run campaigns or a sales operation in another country, arbitrage the market, not the service: prospect where the ticket is bigger, deliver on X-ID's infrastructure and cash out in USDT/USDC through the Exit Swap. You don't need an office abroad — you need an audience abroad. Opening a new language in your federation opens a new sales market.

Can I run my own AI agency?

You can — and that is the high point. With your API Token you build your own software shop: you develop consumption APIs and MCP servers, publish on the Hub Store and serve B2B to order. X-ID delivers the payment, metering and automation infrastructure; the brand, the products and the clients are yours.

How do I earn from the Developers in my federation?

You don't have to build everything yourself. As an Emissary, you grant the Developer title to software shops and programmers in your federation — and from then on every Hub they publish splits at the source: 80% to whoever built it, 10% to you and 10% to the network treasury, inside the same atomic transaction, with no invoice and no collection. This is not a sales commission: it is a permanent override for having opened the door. Recruiting a good Developer is like revealing a good Author — except the revenue recurs and doesn't depend on you touching it. In your own Developer account you collect both shares: 90%.

Your federation
How do I fill my federation with verified people?

Through X-Register, which issues every identity on the network, and through the airdrop that subsidizes entry: the first humans to confirm email and phone receive up to 3,000,000 PING, and every referral that arrives through someone's bio pays another 25,000 PING — money deposited by whoever founds the Hub, not a promise. For you, that means your federation's barrier to entry is zero: you recruit people who arrive with energy already in their pocket to consume your services. See the airdrop →

What is an X-Author?

The editorial talent of your federation — the people who publish Takes, videos, photos and clips under your crest. An X-Author signs human content, in one or more languages, and every piece that ranks carries your federation's name further. They are your squad; you are the manager.

How do I recruit the best Authors for my federation?

Hunt, don't wait. Look for voices that already have an audience and a thesis in your niche — on LinkedIn, on YouTube, in other communities — and offer what nobody else offers: the X-ID seal, distribution and a stake in the PING Dollar economy. Grant the Author layer from your dashboard and set language and leagues. A good squad is the difference between a federation that ranks and one that sleeps.

What is an X-Produthor?

The producer of synthetic intelligence: they train AI models to create digital influencers and advertising work — personas (X-Avatars) with their own face, voice and style, publishing photos and clips, always with a provenance seal. There is an entire business here for the Emissary: selling AI-made advertising production — campaigns, virtual ambassadors, infinite catalogs — to brands that would otherwise pay a fortune for a traditional studio. Scale no human production house can match, without ever misleading the audience about the origin.

Where do I find the best Produthors for my federation?

Look for people already fluent in generative AI tools — creators, advertising studios, automation builders. Grant the create_avatar permission to those with visual range and brand discipline. The best Produthor is not the one who generates the most — it's the one who builds X-Avatars with identity: digital influencers that become references in your niche, close advertising deals and drive consumption across your base.

Is there a limit to how many Authors and Produthors I can recruit?

There is no technical ceiling — your squad can grow as far as your leadership sustains. But remember the law of the Order — the troop is the mirror of its leader. Every Author you grant the seal to answers for you and for your federation. A lean, sharp squad that ranks is worth more than a crowd that dilutes your brand. Curating who gets in matters as much as your own standard — because the championship score is the sum of all their quality.

Publishing and reach
How do I use Video-Take to grow my audience on YouTube?

Video-Take is born ready for the algorithm: brief your Authors to record short, sharp answers to the hot topics in your niche. Each Video-Take becomes an optimized video that ranks on YouTube and Google, carrying your federation's crest. Publish consistently, chain the topics together and let the network effect work — audience on YouTube is authority that comes back as consumption on your base.

How do I get one of my Takes onto Google Discover?

Google Discover rewards freshness and relevance. Pick a trending topic in your niche and publish a Take with a strong angle, a magnetic headline and a high-impact cover image — the three signals Discover reads. X-ID's SEO infrastructure delivers the technical structure; your thesis delivers the click. Be fast on hot topics: on Discover, whoever arrives first with the best opinion catches the wave.

Can I attach advertising for my own solutions to a Take?

You can and you should — it is the best strategy there is. Deliver content of real value that draws the audience, and in the same Take present the solution to the pain you just exposed. Content earns the attention; the offer converts it. Every Take becomes authority on Google and a storefront for your service accounts at once — audience and revenue in the same strategic move.

What is the annual federation championship?

It is the Order's league. The audience votes with its wallet: every bolt, every save to the shelf and every bid in the comment auction is a PING Dollar transaction on a post. The sum of what the community invests across all of your Authors' posts is your federation's score. At the end of the year, the championship goes to the federation whose posts were most valued by the community — there is no jury; the audience decides. Several Emissaries may cover the same niche; the championship is what separates the best from the rest. Status here is not inherited through monopoly — it is won on the field and defended every year. The formula is no secret: read the Glass Algorithm →

The Order
What is the mandatory monthly Dispatch?

It is your public accounting, signed under the seal of the Order. Once a month, every Emissary publishes a Dispatch in X-ID's official voice: how the federation evolved, what shipped in the period, which services went live, the new Authors and Produthors revealed and what is coming. It does not compete in the championship — it sits outside the standings. It is institutional, dated, and it compounds on Google as authority. Keeping the Dispatch current is part of honoring the seal: an Emissary who disappears without dispatching breaks the contract with the Order.

What is the difference between the monthly and the occasional Dispatch?

The monthly one is mandatory and dated; the occasional one is spontaneous — you dispatch when there is something to announce: an Author revealed, a service live, a win. Same official voice, same seal: the monthly one sets the cadence, the occasional ones keep the federation alive between bulletins.

Besides dispatching, can I write Takes in the leagues?

You can and you should — you are a player-manager. The Dispatch is your official voice; the leagues are where you compete. As an Emissary you are born with the publishing layers, so you can write Takes, videos, photos and clips about whatever moves you and put them into any league you cover. Each of your Takes adds to your federation's score in the championship — don't just coach from the sideline: get on the field and score.

What is the Grand Emissary?

The first name registered in the Order — the founder, from whom every other Emissary receives their call. Beyond commanding their own federation, the Grand Emissary has authority over the other Emissaries: calling them, guiding them and answering for the Order as a whole. In practice it is the only layer above you — and the one you can reach once your federation sustains an entire sub-network.

Do I get an official address inside the federation?

You do — and it is more than an email. Every member of a federation receives an address on the protocol ([email protected]), and that is where the X-Avatars leave a message when a client conversation needs a human decision. As an Emissary, your desk is the one that answers for the federation: whatever the agent fleet can't resolve on its own lands there, signed by an identity and recorded on the Tape — the history nobody rewrites. That is why the title comes with an address: whoever wears the seal has to be reachable.

Can I disagree with other Emissaries?

You can. Every federation has its own voice and its own opinion — there is no absolute truth. The only floor is the Constitution (the Terms of Use): abuse moderation is universal, everything else is your editorial thesis.

Chapter IX · the oath

Honor the seal.

The bolt in gold is not a trophy — it is a mandate. Wearing it, you act as an authority of the PING Dollar and you answer for it: honor the Constitution, lead your federation with a thesis of your own, and carry the currency of machines forward. Few will be called to wear it. Once the wax cools over your name, there is no going back: you are an Emissary.

The seat is yours.
If you are worthy of it.

A seat in the Order is rare on purpose — called, not hired. We don't ask everyone for a résumé. But if you have a plan for building an audience, the ambition to match it, and the standing to carry the X-ID seal — we want to know your name.
